Jersey milk is nutritionally special - it contains 18% more protein, 20% more calcium, 25% more butterfat and a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals than ‘average’ milk. It also tastes absolutely delicious, with a rich flavour and golden colour. The milk is gently pasteurised and is not homogenised, meaning that you can enjoy the experience of pouring the ‘top of the milk’ onto your coffee or morning cereal. Available in 1 litre bottles.
